*Do you have a recurring or recent dream that you just can’t shake? This is a fun way to see what messages are trying to come through. You, the dreamer, will take a deep dive into what the symbols in your dreams mean and will come away with a message meant only for you.

*Ready to imagine your ideal life? This is a fun way to stretch your imagination and clarify what you want your ideal day to look and feel like at a chosen point in the future. We can take a general approach or look specifically at one area of life, like your career, your ideal life partner, etc.

Wildly Improbable Goals (WIGs)

*Do you have a big goal that you are dying to bring to fruition but feel like it’s out of reach? This is a chance for us to discuss your big goals and then make a plan for small steps you can take today to make this dream a reality. Just remember that improbable does not mean impossible.

    We can utilize various creative and playful tools to help you reconnect with your wise body and Essential Self (inner wisdom), overcome limiting beliefs, dream big, and more.

    I will operate according to the highest ethical standards and maintain complete confidentiality. There are some exceptions to confidentiality, but we will discuss them in detail before our first session.

    I will provide an untroubled space for you to discuss and work through anything you would like (within the scope of life coaching work).
